An Alliance Deal With Keith

Keith asked Rudy and I if we would form an alliance with him and take out the supposed alliance of Eliza/Robb/Dan/Gary. We would also work with Rob M and Tina. I was very hesitant about this at first. I do not have an alliance with Eliza, Robb, or Dan. Eliza does send me pm's so I work more closely with her than the other two. Robb & I haven't talked since we merged. Dan and I both agreed to vote Matty last round in order to save one another. Since Dan was the target & I did not vote for him I feel I've met my obligation to him.

The big problem is Gary. I am not going to vote for him. I've told Rudy that and he doesn't see it as an immediate problem. I did not tell Keith because I was afraid that would make Gary a target. Even though I believe one of the other 3 will be the target this round I am so glad Gary won immunity and is safe this round.

It is too big of a risk to tell Gary of this new alliance. If he is indeed part of their alliance then he would naturally tell them. This is such a tricky situation. I hope it works out. I would still like to see Rudy, Gary, & I in the final 3.

Tina or Eliza?

Keith/Rudy or Gary & His Alliance?

Keith suggested voting out Eliza. Voting out Eliza would actually be a smart thing to do. She is very strong in challenges and has connections with Robb, Dan, & Gary. It would be taking a very strong threat out of their alliance.

For myself I don't feel good about it at all. Eliza and I do not have an alliance but we do talk about the vote. And she says she trusts me. Gary trusts me too and I believe he will be very upset with me for voting Eliza. I don't exactly trust Eliza but I do trust Gary. But then if he is part of their alliance I may be just an extra vote for them. At best I would be final 5.

In Keith's alliance I would mainly be working with him & Rudy and Keith's ties to Tina & Rob. I haven't work with Tina or Rob yet on the vote. Would this be a smart thing to do or would I be better off leaving things as they were?

Eliza's Wrath

One thing for sure Eliza is not going to take being voted out laying down and quiet. I didn't realize just how upset and vocal she would be about it. I did not tell Eliza I was voting her but I did feel obligated to tell Gary. I assume he was the one who told Eliza.

Now Dan has laid down his torch. I am curious to see how this will affect the tribal council votes. Will they still be counted or ignored? I have mixed feelings about Eliza staying. I didn't really want to see her voted out so it would be good if she could stay. On the other hand I am sure all ties have been broken now and it would be very difficult to work with Eliza & Robb now.

Gary was not going to vote for Eliza but vote instead for Rudy or me. This was a strategic move on his part so his alliance with Rudy & I would not be discovered. I did consider that Eliza & the others might vote for one of us too. I told Gary to vote for me.

I definitely have regrets making that alliance with Keith. I also regret making a final two with Rudy. I am being asked to target people I am uncomfortable about voting for. I think I should have made a final 2 with Gary instead and stayed with his alliance with Eliza & co.

Eliza Voted Out

After some confusion with both Eliza & Dan wanting to quit it was decided the votes would be counted. Eliza was voted out with 5 votes, Dan got a self-vote which was voided, and Robb, Tina, and myself all received one vote. Gary and I want to vote Dan off next round since he will be inactive for the next 10 days.
